I've been going to Dr. Mai for many years now and have been very satisfied with the care here. When I've voiced any concerns, Dr. Mai has taken the time to listen, explain the details, and work with me to be sure I could feel comfortable with the available treatments before proceeding. Cleanings, as well as fillings, have always been quick and pain-free.

They have many long term patients such as us and staff as well. We still continue to see them even though we do not reside in Garland any longer. I’ve been going to Dr. Mai for about 15 years now. I’ve moved quite a few times over the years around the area and have never even considered switching to a closer Dentist. The entire staff is so personable. They really get to know you as a person and ask every single visit how my family is doing. Dr. Mai has had a steady staff almost the entire time that I’ve been seeing her, which says a lot because her employees really love their job. They go out of their way to make sure you are 100% comfortable. When I needed my wisdom teeth out, she arranged for the surgeon to come to her office because it’s a familiar and comfortable environment for me. Dr. Mai personally calls the evening of your procedure to make sure you are feeling ok. I have started taking my 2 year old, and wouldn’t trust her with anyone other than Dr. Mai. Appointment scheduling is a breeze and they are very flexible and wait time is little to none. I highly recommend everyone to Dr.Mai.

Dr. Mai would call me personally whenever I have major work done on my teeth to make sure that I'm alright and not in pain. To me, that's priceless.

Dr. Mai and her staff are by far the best there is! They have always made me feel relaxed by going the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable during and after any procedure I have had done.
